AIDS CURE: U.S. Patent #5676977

If we review the U.S. Special Virus Program we will resolve the worlds H.I.V./A.I.D.S. epidemic. If there was a federal virus development program that preceded H.I.V./A.I.D.S. shouldn't that program be reviewed in the name of principal? Salvation? God? SOMETHING?

The U.S. Special Virus program was a program to develop a virus that depletes the immune system. Today, nearly four (4) million people around the world have the program's 1971 "Research Logic" flowchart. This 1971 flowchart proves in science and medical fact that the United States developed the "esp-1 virus" (HIV/AIDS) and complemented ongoing vaccine programs at the time. Also, the 1971 flowchart provides critical insight into the early inhibitors of H.I.V./A.I.D.S. The experiments conducted in Phase IV-A of the program clearly would impact our current strategies to fight the A.I.D.S. War.

Any review of the May 1946 Appropriations will show that HIV/AIDS and its development has been a long standing "Manhattan-style" project of the United States. See, "Better" Than the Bomb, June 3, 1946 TIME Magazine.

The fifteen progress reports provide a treasure trove of ethnic biological warfare research you were clearly unaware of. Specifically, progress report #8 (1971) provides a summary review of the program.

1. According to page 2, the purpose of this federal program is to see if animal viruses (Visna) could grow in certain human host cells.

2. On page 39, the United States concedes that Visna had not YET been associated with human disease.

3. On July 18, 1983, the United States concedes that HIV/AIDS evolved from Visna - see Gonda Report, U.S. AIDS Task Force; see page 157, Dr. Robert Gallo, "Virus Hunting".

4. The sheep evolution of HIV/AIDS is further supported by the National Academy of Sciences - see, PROC NAS Vol. 83, pp. 4007 - 11, June 1986, PROC NAS VOl 92, pp. 3283 - 3287, April 11th, 1995.

5. When you review the history of Visna, you find it was first tested on the sheep in Iceland in 1932, the same year the United States began killing African Americans with syphilis.

6. The standard for AIDS Reparations is simple: a swab test for Visna would be very simple and nearly 100% effective. If a citizen tests positive for Visna, they should receive reparation of some sort.

7. Since HIV/AIDS is synthetic and this federal program proves it. We also find the cure to be synthetic; see U.S. Patent #5676977.

8. Dr. Robert Gallo, Dr. Luc Montagnier, Dr. Peter Duesberg and Dr. Garth Nicolson are all affiliated with the development of H.I.V./A.I.D.S, etc.

We sincerely believe the curtain over the laboratory birth of HIV/AIDS should be lifted by reviewing this federal program and enacting the clinical trials of the patented cure. The 1971 flowchart clearly reveals the design, purpose and intent of the United States to kill its own citizens and others in the name of future (White) Americas. We have an opportunity here to begin the process to rid the world of the synthetic H.I.V./A.I.D.S. weapon. We are entitled to know the truth, it is the only real thing that can save us.
